The reason we can deliver this level of result at this extreme location using a single heat trace cable is because all our designs rely on direct heat transfer! Because we rely on direct heat transfer in our system designs, we can prevent ice dam and icicle formations 90% of the time using a single heat trace cable. And although HotShingleLOK can be installed on any roof, it is installed on an asphalt composite shingle roof on this application.
